Incredible Customer Experience….
Purchased a pair of Dreece Boots from the online shop as a Christmas present for my partner.

Sadly when she opened them I had bought the wrong size (only half a size out!) and there was a scratch on the calf panel of one of the boots.

I contacted the customer service team and provided them with the obligatory photos to prove the shoes hadn’t been worn and received confirmation they were happy to exchange, however, they no longer had the size in the colour I had selected.

My partner really wanted the boots so a further email back to customer services triggered a global store search for any boots in the required size that may still be available, despite being post Christmas and exchanges and sales being at their peak in the retail sector.

The search found an initial pair in Edinburgh, however there was a slight mark which I was warned about, along with photos to show the extent but if I was happy to take them I’d be offered a reduction to reflect the (very) slight mark, however, we persevered and the search continued and turned up a pair in Paris which after a quick check found them to be clear of any marks.

Throughout the replacement process I was kept informed via email every few days and am pleased to confirm we have received the replacement pair of boots which now fit perfectly and would like to thank the customer services team for a going the extra mile, keeping me informed and overall delivering a fantastic experience and of course a stunning pair of beautiful boots!

Such bad customer service!!!
As a Christmas present I received a new pair of shoes from my husband from Jimmy Choo (as many times before). We left for vacation straight after Christmas and I wanted to return the shoes and get another colour instead when we got back. My husband calls the store and they inform us that it is not possible to change the shoes for another pair because it is now more than 14 days since the purchase (around 20 days). I would completely understand the position if I wanted a refund but that was not the case - all I wanted was another colour. The store manager further informed us that the shoes are still sold in the store and that they are not a limited edition or seasonal product, i.e. they could easily take them back and sell them to another person. I cannot believe that Jimmy Choo is offering such bad customer service- I will definitely never again buy another pair of Jimmy Choo shoes.

Jimmy Choo basically stole $850 from me
I am only giving them one star because that is what’s required. I would not do business with Jimmy Choo ever again. I ordered a pair of shoes from them close to 3 months ago now, they shipped them to the wrong country and now will not reimburse me at all… apparently it’s not their policy. This has been so disappointing and has really soured me to ever even looking at the brand again. Seriously, do not buy from this company, horrible.

Poor quality shoes ! Avoid
Not even worthy of one star.

Awful customer service and poor quality made shoes.

Apparently Jimmy Choo think that it is acceptable for paint to come off shoes and leather to wear excessively after only wearing for a few hours with light use. They also claim this is not a design or quality issue!!! They are now denying my consumer right to return the item! Will be taking this forward with Trading standards as this is disgraceful.

Avoid purchasing with this company - high cost does not mean good quality, and Jimmy Choo is by far the worst quality shoes I have ever owned.

I ordered a pair of shoes and didn’t…
I ordered a pair of shoes and didn’t relieve them. When I contacted Jimmy choo they told me the shoes were at a UPS drop point. I went there. They showed no record of my package ever being there. I contacted Jimmy choo, they required I fill out paperwork and said they would investigate. About 10 days later I received an email from them saying I had picked them up at the UPS drop off point and signed for them. Total lie. They couldn’t have proof of my signature because I never signed. Then I received the package .. which had been opened and retaped with damaged shoes. I replied that I had received the package and wanted to return it. They refused to give me a return shipment label. They wanted pictures of the box at various stages of opening and said once again they would review it. Meanwhile, they have a 14 day return policy which had well lapsed with the length of their “investigations”. I was unable to return the 700$ pair of shoes. Unbelievable. Do not ever order online - yoy will get screwed.

Awful! The worst customer experience ever!
If I could put 0 , I would!
I bought Saeda shoes and the first day I wore them, one of the tear drops was lost!
Ever since and up to now (3 months after) I ve been contacting their customer service. After waiting two months because they didn’t have that component, they finally sent it to me and to my surprise it was the WRONG part!! After apologizing and waiting for one more month, they sent me AGAIN the SAME WRONG component!! They never read the emails I sent, they never checked the photos I sent! So so so disappointed!!! At Zara I would have had a better customer service than this!!!!

Dire and Dreadful customer service.
Put me in a never ending loop hole of false promises and repetitive emails. The actual product I now believe to be cheaply made with poor quality ingredients. And they charge a fortune for it. My advice is to buy elsewhere and avoid.

Shame on you, Jimmy Choo.

Awful customer service ever.
Their customer service does not even deserve a one star. Received a damaged shoes and the correspondence on the email took forever to reply. No service recovery. Returned the shoes and still waiting for my money back 10 days they said for inspection of a damaged shoes they have sent! Awful experience. Bring your business somewhere else, they simply do not care about their customers. Asos has a far more better customer service than them. For a luxury price they simply do not know how to handle customers. Resulting to product dissonance.

Bought on line they are refusing to refund postage I paid to deliver …
Bought on line next day delivery postage paid. Didn’t arrive next day which is ok but has to return too small.
Customer service refusing to refund my postage to deliver which is not correct as under the consumers act 14 day return even change of mind postage we pay is to be refunded . They are refusing to refund so I will go to office of fair trading abs trading standards as they are keeping our postage illegally

Poor Poor customer service!!!
Poor Poor customer service. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for an answer.
I spent a lot of money for my black high heels shoes and I can’t wear them (faulty shoes). They haven’t helped me yet and I’m still waiting for assistance.
I’ll never buy shoes at Jimmy Choo. They don’t care about customers.
I’m very disappointed with the customer service.

Jimmy Choo online & in store service
Excellent service from Jimmy Choo at The Village, Westfield White City. I ordered several pairs online over the holidays for collection at the store. The staff are very friendly and provide an excellent service so that you’re happy with your purchase. The returns process was seamless - refunded for unwanted pairs within 1-2 days. Shoes are fantastic quality. I will definitely be returning to this store for future purchases.

Terrible Terrible customer service
Terrible Terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost. Spend your money where it is valued. Purchase sneakers that was over $700. Never received them. Filed a claim in September just to keep getting apologies for delay on their behalf for a replacement. Get the same line of bull every time I call. I will not recommend or order again. Jimmu Choo feed you information just to say it was addressed with no intention of following through. Clearly Jimmy Choo doesn’t stand behind their merchandise.

Unexpected quality, disappointing
Bought a pair of sneakers Hawaii. Hard leather, hard sole just too uncomfortable for the price and expectation of quality. Customer service very polite and responsive and offered to have them back to stretch them but will take a month or so. Can't be bothered. I will try to have them done locallym You live and learn, with regret. .

Excellent Service
Five star service from Jimmy Choo this week. I ordered a pair of shoes in their sale, they arrived two days later.
Sadly they were too small so I arranged a complimentary refund with DHL and received a refund the following day. If Jimmy Choo can provide this level of service then any online retailer can, if they choose to.

I ordered a Jimmy choo hawaii black/crosta suedes shoes 2 weeks ago until now its still on processed.emailed,called costumer service.All they said was the other department blocked my Order and they will escalate this issue.what the F**** its been like 2 weeks...very frustrating and bad costumer service.ill never order on this brand again.
